Barbara studied dentistry at Silesia Medical Academy, Katowice in Poland and graduated in 2001. She has been working in Scotland since 2005 in both NHS and private practice. She worked at Visioncall Dental Practice (later to become Cowgate Dental Surgery) in Kirkintilloch from 2009 till 2014. She studied with Professor Paul Tipton in Manchester (2014-2015) to gain the Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry. She is a member of British Academy of Restorative Dentistry. She is also qualified in cosmetic orthodontics. In her free time she enjoys swimming and long walks with her daughters.
