Elaine has been with the team since the beginning, when the practice opened in 2009. Elaine started as a dental nurse, and through her excellent team-leading abilities and entrepreneurial skills was promoted to practice manager at the beginning of 2012.

She’s got a wealth of knowledge when it comes to running a dental practice and is excited to bring the best new services to Cowgate Dentistry’s patients. Elaine took the IHM management course, passing it and further developing her skill as a manager.

In her spare time Elaine, wife and young kids go on lots of trips in the caravan as they like to visit different parts of the country.
